We have been working with Aether Apothecary who made the mushroom resin concentrate by extracting all the primary and secondary metabolites from beneath the fungal cell walls using subcritical extraction and distillation in their laboratory.
We used Honeybush as the base of this Kombucha allowing a beautiful balance of flavors for the mushroom blend. We have combined our expertise to bring South Africans the very first laboratory extracted large production Kombucha with 3000mg of mushrooms per serving.
